The

Behind the Veil

Content Pack is an expansion for Pagan: Fate of Roanoke.

It contains 32 new cards that reveal the deep lore of the land, ancient rites, and forgotten pacts that predate even the oldest trees.

As the creeping gloom obscures the more questionable investigative practices of the Hunter, the Witch weaves the power to sow self-doubt in the mind of their adversary.

Didn't expect the ancient rites cards to change how I approach the early game, but they add a whole layer of strategy I wasn't playing with before. The forgotten pacts in particular pair so well with my existing deck that I've been replaying the same scenario just to try different combos.

Didn't realize how much the base game was missing until I shuffled in the ancient rites and forgotten pacts. The new lore cards finally make the land feel like it has a real history behind it.

These 32 cards add so much flavor to the lore, especially the ancient rites that predate the colony itself. My playgroup spent twenty minutes just reading the new pacts out loud before we even started. Easily worth picking up if you already love the base game.
