Did you ever think about underground activities in a clinic? Expand your clinic downward!

This Expansion contains Basement player boards with two difficulty levels, Locker Rooms, Boiler Rooms, and Dr. Funkenstein’s Laboratory!

The new shift cards finally give the surgery room a reason to matter instead of just sitting there filling space. I've played this expansion three times now and the hidden objectives keep changing how everyone plays the mid-game.

Hazel ★★★★★

The "surge" module adds such a clever layer of hidden strategy that I keep second-guessing my main clinic layout. Setup took a bit, but the new underground boards fit perfectly with the original pieces and the flavor text made my group laugh every time we flipped over a shadow card.

Mia ★★★★☆

Adds a nice layer of tension to the base game with the new surgeon roles, though the rulebook took a couple read-throughs before it clicked. Setup runs a bit long once you mix in the expansion tiles.
