The Hunter's new scrutiny methods add real tension to every round, since you're never quite sure how much the Witch has already hidden. I mostly play two-player, and this pack makes the deduction feel sharper without dragging the game out.

The new scrutiny cards give the Hunter so many more ways to pressure the Witch, and our games have gotten way more paranoid in the best way. If you already love the base game's bluffing, this pack deepens exactly that part without bloating the rules.

Playing the Witch feels way more tense now that the Hunter has real tools to dig into your secrets. The new scrutiny cards add just enough pressure without making the base game feel broken. We've played it four times since it arrived.
